My stay at the hotel was cozy and convenient. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean, although a bit too warm for my liking even with the aircon on. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. The location was lovely, offering panoramic views and a pleasant atmosphere. My stay at the hotel was excellent with super comfortable beds, a luxurious shower, beautiful views, and our very own Nespresso machine in the room. The air conditioning was a bit useless, but overall the room was clean, comfortable, and a good size with wonderful countryside views. The bathroom was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the hotel itself offered fine views of Cheltenham racecourse and the surrounding countryside. However, the dining experience was not as expected, with some service issues during breakfast.
